Your policy should cover medical treatment, emergency assistance, cancellation, lost or delayed luggage, personal belongings, missed flights, and travel disruption.
Activities and desert travel
If your itinerary includes camel trekking, quad biking, hiking, hot air ballooning, desert camps, or mountain routes, check that your policy covers those activities.
Medical needs
Tell us before booking about mobility limits, allergies, dietary needs, pregnancy, health concerns, or other requirements that may affect the trip.
Documents
Carry your insurance policy number and emergency assistance contact details while travelling.
