Quotes and proposals
A tour is not confirmed until Awesome Morocco Tours accepts the booking and any required deposit or confirmation payment has been received.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, travel dates, group size, dietary needs, mobility information, and any other details that may affect the trip.
Prices and inclusions
Your written proposal explains the price, currency, route, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation category, and payment terms. Anything not clearly listed as included should be treated as excluded.
Changes
Requested changes after confirmation depend on availability and supplier conditions. Extra costs may apply for date changes, route changes, accommodation upgrades, additional travellers, or extra services.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, images, and branding belong to Awesome Morocco Tours or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation
Awesome Morocco Tours is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by travellers, third-party service changes, force majeure events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
