1. Booking With Awesome Morocco Tours

A booking is confirmed only when Awesome Morocco Tours has accepted the booking request and any required deposit or confirmation payment has been received. The person making the booking is responsible for sharing accurate traveller names, dates, contact details and any relevant travel needs.

2. Prices And What Is Included

Your written proposal or invoice explains what is included in the quoted price. Inclusions can differ between private Morocco tours, desert tours, day trips and activities. Anything not clearly listed as included should be treated as excluded.

3. Deposits And Final Payment

A deposit may be required to reserve vehicles, drivers, accommodation, desert camps, guides or activities. Final payment timing will be stated in your proposal. If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, services may be released or the booking may be treated as cancelled.

4. Changes By The Traveller

If you ask to change dates, routes, accommodation, group size or services after confirmation, Awesome Morocco Tours will try to help where possible. Changes depend on availability and may involve extra costs.

5. Cancellation By The Traveller

Cancellation terms depend on the confirmed services, season and supplier conditions. Some deposits, hotel payments, camp reservations or activity costs may be non-refundable. Your booking proposal should be checked for the exact cancellation terms that apply.

6. Changes Or Cancellation By AMT

12. Complaints During Travel

If something is not right during the tour, please tell your driver, guide or AMT contact as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it during the trip. Issues reported only after travel can be harder to investigate.

13. Force Majeure

Awesome Morocco Tours is not responsible for losses or changes caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, border closures, strikes, road closures, government actions, public-health restrictions or similar events.
