Payment and Deposit Policy

Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve confirmed services. The amount depends on the itinerary, season, group size, accommodation, transport, and supplier requirements.
Final balance
The final balance and payment deadline will be shown in your written proposal or confirmation message.
Currency
Prices may be quoted in EUR, USD, MAD, or another agreed currency. Exchange rates, bank charges, or card fees may affect the final amount paid by the traveller.
Payment methods
Available payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, online payment, or other agreed options. We will confirm the suitable method before booking.
Receipts and confirmation
Please keep proof of payment. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm receipt and acceptance of the booking.
Late payment
If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, reserved services may be released and the booking may be treated as cancelled.
Security
Do not send full card details by email or public messaging channels. We will only request payment through agreed and appropriate methods.
