Departure from Marrakech
- Get picked up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech.
- Drive south-west towards the rocky plateau of the Agafay Desert.
- Enjoy views of the barren, moon-like landscape and the distant peaks of the High Atlas Mountains.
03:00 PM :
Arrival & Quad Biking
- Arrive at the base camp and get equipped with your helmet and goggles.
- Receive a safety briefing and a short tutorial on how to drive the semi-automatic quad bikes.
- 1-Hour Quad Ride: Follow your guide through the rocky desert paths, over small dunes, and past Berber villages. This is the best time to speed up and enjoy the rugged terrain before the sun sets.
05:00 PM :
Transfer to Sunset Camp & Camel Ride
- Drive to a luxury desert camp for the second activity.
- 1-Hour Camel Ride: Mount a "Ship of the Desert" for a peaceful trek at sunset.
- Watch the sky turn purple and orange over the Atlas Mountains while swaying gently on the back of the camel.
- Stop for photos with the stunning backdrop.
06:30 PM :
Sunset Mint Tea
- Arrive back at the main camp.
- Relax on traditional Berber carpets and poufs.
- Welcome traditional Mint Tea while you settle in for the evening.
07:30 PM :
Dinner & Spectacle (The Show)
- Sit down for a lavish Dinner Feast under the stars (or inside a Caidal tent).
- Menu (Example): Harira soup, fresh Moroccan salads, Chicken or Beef Tagine with vegetables, Couscous (seasonal), followed by fresh fruit and pastries.
- Traditional Berber Music and drummers.
- Fantasia Show (optional at some camps, simulating a cavalry charge).
- Gnaoua dancers or a Fire Show.
- Optional: DJ music for dancing after the traditional show.
09:30 PM :
Return to Marrakech
- After the show and a relaxing evening, board your vehicle for the return journey to Marrakech.
- 10:30 PM: Drop-off at your hotel/riad.
